Ab Burner

30 minutes of ab crunching madness. This class incorporates a variety of abdominal exercises to strengthen the core.

LB Fitness

The class is designed to give your entire body an awesome workout. Tone & strengthen your body with a variety of dumbbell, barbell, resistance band & core exercises along with a cardio workout set to music.

Strength Yoga

This dynamic class combines traditional yoga poses with strength-building exercises to enhance both flexibility and muscle tone. You’ll flow through a series of poses that challenge your balance, stability, and endurance, using your body weight to build strength.

Flow Yoga

Flow yoga includes the movement styles that emphasize physical postures or asanas. Iyengar and Ashtanga are both forms of Hatha Yoga.

H.I.T.(High Intensidty Training)

This class will combine strength, flexibility, speed and coordination training. Be prepared to jump, squat, lunge, push, crunch and sweat!

Open Bag Training

Open bag hours are for students to come train on the bags as they wish. The room is open to all students and will have access to gloves. Even if you do not have a background in boxing or martial arts there will always be a trainer on hand in the room to teach you what boxing is all about. These hours are welcoming to people of all skill levels and we encourage everyone to check it out at least once! Hand wraps are required, but, if you do not have any, they can be purchased for $10 at the fitness desk.

Pilates Mat

Enjoy this challenging mat class, focusing on building strong abdominals and the lower back. Use the mind-body connection to perform concentrated movements, and improve strength, alignment, coordination and muscular symmetry.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a meditative breath centered practice that aims at reducing stress and tension. You will alternate between longer held postures and slow mindful movements, which help free the tightness in your muscles while leaving you with a feeling of well being. The practice is primarily done on the floor, with an emphasis on props to support your poses. A great class to counter the negative effects of our stress based quick paced culture. All levels and beginner friendly class.

An indoor-cycling program using a high-performance fully adjustable and stationary racing bike. The fundamental techniques and positions presented in Spinning have been carefully selected to ensure a safe, fun, and effective workout for every participant and fitness level.

Wuenderball

Wuenderball is the perfect one-hour double workout, combining high-intensity cardio with muscle and core conditioning! Participants utilize an exercise ball, to engage different muscle groups and get in shape quickly.

Short on time? Join HIIT30, a 30 minute moderate to hard intensity workout led by ACSM Certified Personal Trainer Cecilia Guerrero. This class is designed to build muscle, burn fat, and improve heart health - even during your busy schedule. Come ready to sweat!

Get your cardio in as we dance it out to Latin hits following choreographed fitness routines of Salsa, Merengue and Cumbia. 45 minutes of heart-pumping fun meant for a full-body tone and a great calorie burn. Come dressed in your favorite workout outfit and bring your water and a towel.

Pop Dance Cardio

Get your cardio in as we dance it out and unleash our inner pop star through choreographed fitness routines to the greatest pop hits. 45 minutes of dance fitness made to feel like a dance party that’s good for the body and soul. Come dressed in your favorite workout outfit and bring your water and a towel.

Outdoor Bootcamp

A high-intensity, new-age outdoor exercise program using old age equipment. This class was made specifically for individuals looking to reach new limits in strength and endurance while using unique modalities, such as heavy sandbags, tires, ropes, outdoor sleds, etc. Come join the fun at the East Lawn area! Access the East Lawn through the Rock wall area.

We offer a wide variety of non-credit fitness classes that allow members to develop and expand skills related to the latest group fitness trends. Available at various times throughout the day, these classes provide a complete workout for both the novice and experienced individual. All classes adhere to the rudiments of proper technique and choreography associated with contemporary exercise programs.

There are many benefits to participating in fitness activities for people of all ages and abilities. These include stress reduction, increased energy, injury and disease prevention, better grades, weight loss, and making new friends.
